About Us
The School’s Vision
At Down Hall Primary School, everyone is a learner and each learner strives to reach his/her potential, academically, socially and personally. We are a Rights Respecting School and follow UNICEF Guidelines in order to achieve our school vision. We put children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
We aim to:
Develop effective learning and high achievement through the provision of a range of facilities and resources, successful teamwork and strong links between home, school and the local community. Provide the conditions for learning, which take into account different starting points and abilities so that learners thrive regardless of gender, religious belief, ethnic or social background. Provide an environment where learners are happy, healthy, safe, enjoy their learning, achieve well and make a responsible and productive contribution to the school and the wider community Prepare our children academically, socially and personally to meet life's challenges.
