Deletion of Google Accounts for Year 6

posted Jul 22, 2019, 6:28 AM by Miss Hedges   [ updated Jul 22, 2019, 6:29 AM ]

In September, the current Year 6's accounts will be deleted. The children will have the time over the summer to download any of their work from Google Drive they wish to keep.

Isle of Wight and Belchamps' photo albums have also been shared with the children so they can download the pictures of themselves they would also like to keep.

If your child's school shoes are getting a
little snug and you plan to replace
for September, please donate them to
help other children around the world
to access their right to an education.

Please send children in on the last day
of school with alternative footwear for
the journey home and we will deliver our
total collection to Clarks of Rayleigh.

Last year we collected 145 pairs of shoes.
Follow the link below and help us
to beat that total!

should be suitable for the physical

Suggested donation of £1 to take part
in the day, but feel free to give more if
you would like to do so.

Monies raised will be split between UNICEF
and our school charity, Little Havens.

Internet Audit

posted Jul 11, 2019, 5:32 AM by Miss Hedges   [ updated Jul 11, 2019, 5:39 AM ]

Could I please ask that parents take 5-10 minutes to complete an audit about how they currently access information about the school and the use of the internet at home.

I am hoping this will identify areas where we can improve communicating with you.

You can find the audit here: or click on the picture above. It can also be found on our Facebook and Twitter account pages.
Many thanks in advance.

Renaissance Champion School

We are a Renaissance Champion School!
Miss Sharman and all the staff and children have been doing so well with Accelerated Reader this year  (seeing as we only started in September) that we have been selected to be a Champion school.

Did you know you can be emailed every time your child takes a quiz at school with their results? Did you know you can log in to view their past results and which books they have read? See the class teacher if you need your log in details again.
